"We had our loft converted and a new roof installed by Cut Above in February/March 2016. The job started a week early and was completed within 5 weeks. Dave and the team were really efficient, friendly and a pleasure to have during a major build and the stress that comes with it.
A week into the job, I asked if we could amend the plans and have an extra room when we realised there would be more than enough space. Within 2 hours, Dave had organised this with the Architect, priced up the extra materials and come back with an additional price which was very reasonable. As well as working hard with his team, Dave project managed the whole build to ensure that the correct people arrive when they are needed to make sure the job runs smoothly and there is no waiting around. The whole job came in on budget and we were delighted with how quickly it was completed.
